Third DokuWiki template

It's just released. I have created my third DokuWiki template. It's called r7throot3 and is the same as you're watching now here (2007.06.23). The main goals are the top menu and the right sidebar. The TOC is re-designed too and now it seems a normal sidebar.

I have taken advantage of wake up earlier this morning to publish it and then I was going to translate a DokuWiki Install page to spanish. When I've done all the work, sending the changes, the page locks me waiting to other user (myself) expire. Maybe I had same page open on 2 tabs, don't remember… I'll re-translate that page other time.
