New theme: r7throot6

If you're reading this from web you should see any design changes here. That's the new r7throot6-beta theme (not released yet), ready to be conscientiously tested. Talking about dokuwiki templates I'm going to jump from r7throot4 directly to r7throot6 because on the 5th one there are very few -and minor- changes.

Now it's time to test the last one to release it as soon as posible. Comments are welcomed.
